- Headed up Hokie Tulip Bulb sale which generates $3,000 in revenue. Handled advertising, pre-orders, packaging, storage, sales, logistics, set-up and clean-up and customer relations.
- Take part in Pandapas Pond, Pollinary Garden service project. Handled preparation, installation, maintenance, and a plethora of continuing tasks.
- Assist in scheduling of meetings to best fit members schedules, and prepare the contents of each meeting, which includes delegation.
- Assist in plant sale in being chair of set-up and clean-up components. This is a sale of large scale, generating over $56,000 in revenue over a span of 3 days.
- Head up service project efforts, which include maintenance and new landscape installations of plant material in the Saunders Hall flower bed, and service projects around the area like our memorial planting.
- Participate in executive decisions by attending all exec meetings. Participate in all general meetings as well.
- Assist with the annual Homecoming Mum Sale and Valentine's Day Rose Sale.
- Led a 5 member hall council team to best represent Vawter Hall residents.
- Coordinated events and activities of the residence hall residents.
- Regulated and operated on a yearly budget of $800.
- Coordinated and lead hall council meetings.
- Participated in campus wide residence hall executive decisions at Residential Housing Federation meetings.
- Coordinate events to harvest downed and dying timber in the National Forest. We cut, split, transport and then sell the wood. We service clients around the Blacksburg area that are simply heating their houses and even sell to the Dining Services of Virginia Tech.
- Honor Society of Agriculture, selected to join as being in the top 5% among Agriculture, Forestry, Veterinary Medicine and Human Ecology students at Virginia Tech.

- Traveled to Denver, Colorado and participated in the Sports Turf Manager's Association Student Competition.

- Chosen to represent Golden Key on the Sporn Award Selection Committee, which awards an outstanding introductory level professor of Virginia Tech. Narrowed 256 nominations to 5 and delegated dosiers and student reviews of those 5 nominations and their overall impact on students. The Sporn Award is a 65 year-old tradition at Virginia Tech. One of 7 representatives on the committee. This was an extensive process.
- Assisted in service projects and attended social events and bi-monthly meetings
- Attend weekly Ignite worship services every Wednesday of each week
- Attend bible study sessions when time allowed
- Attended session meeting to make executive decisions within the church and voted on international legislation within the Presbyterian Church.
- Performed maintenance to church property
- Took part in one month session at Virginia Tech learning plant biology, agriculture economics, crop science, and food safety
- Composed an extensive 15 page research paper, large poster, brochure, and 15 minute presentation to an audience on The Role of Heritage and Indigenous Varieties of Crops and Livestock on the Sustainability of the World Food Supply.
